I'm Journaling all my food intake. I'm practicing saying no to carbs, sugar, processed foods or any unhealthy foods. I'm writing down my unhealthy behaviors and writing ideas for new, healthier replacement behaviors. I have a tab for my goals, my weight and measurements, recipes, meal plans, journaling and strategy. I want to eat nutritious whole foods, meditate and keep a strong positive mind, be more physically active and be an all around HOT MOM!!!
